THE VILLA
The villa sleeps 4 - with 2 bedrooms, 2
bathrooms , sitting room/ dining room, balcony, sun
terrace and garden. There is a small private garden
at the front and back, a large balcony with an
outdoor table, and a spacious, secluded roof terrace with sun loungers
and a lovely view over the golf course. The sitting
room/ dining area is comfortable with an
open fire for winter evenings. The villa is furnished to a high
standard with marble floors throughout and is equipped with
everything you will need.

THE AREA
The Costa Blanca is noted for its wonderful
climate with 320 days of sun each year and, even in
the winter, it is rare for the temperature to drop
below 15° during the day . The climate is uniquely
dry because of the nearby salt lakes which draw
moisture from the air, and the climate is believed
to help sufferers of arthritis, asthma, and
rheumatism. The area is one of the major fruit and
vegetable growing regions of Spain and you can buy
local produce in the markets. Fifteen minutes away
from the coastal area and you rarely hear English
spoken. The countryside inland is pretty with lots
of orange and lemon groves and hills where thyme and
rosemary grows wild. There are also some excellent
walks. |
